These specially formed beans have to be sorted out from regular beans so that they can be sold and roasted separately. This quality arabica peaberry comes from the Kirinyaga of Kenya, at 1,680-1,800m altitude, processed as washed, producing rich flowery favor, strong body and complex cup.

The product is for coffee lovers of Vietnamese traditional Phin brewing style. The beans are 100% Robusta from Buon Me Thuot, Daklak Province processed Honey. The fully ripe coffee fruits containing high sugar level are lightly mashed, fermented, then sun-dried in order for the beans to absorb the sweetness like honey within and tropical fruit flavor. The beans are roasted medium dark to give the fruity, nutty, chocolate flavor of traditional Vietnamese Robusta Phin Coffee.

The product is for coffee lovers of Vietnamese traditional Phin brewing style with or without condensed milk. The creative formula is mixed between 30% Arabica Washed from Lam Dong Province with 70% Robusta Washed from Buôn Mê Thuột, ĐắkLắk. The resulted phin coffee will have the flowery sweet of Arabica balanced with the strong nutty taste of traditional Vietnamese Robusta.
