    We choose quality Arabica and Robusta coffee beans from farmers' cooperations that directly process local specialty coffees in famous coffee regions in Vietnam including Cau Dat region, Lam Dong province, EaTan region, Dak Lak province and a number of farms that meet the specialty coffee processing standards.
  LAVASIA7 roastery uses a next generation roaster with hot air convection and state-of-the-art software program to control the profile of each roast. The production method of LAVASIA7 is artisanal and the coffee storage as well as processing environment is strictly controlled.

   Each type of our coffee contain signature flavor, consistent quality and food safety.

The roastery provides food safety testing certificates of L7 coffee products at the request of customers.
